Red River College에 입학지원서를 내고 왔습니다

RRC에 여러 학과들이 있지만 Medical Laboratory Science는 몇가지 전제조건들이 필요합니다

2년제이며 임상경험이 있어야하고 매니토바 거주자이어야합니다

하지만 International (Visa) Students must complete the International Education Admissions Application

유학생도 가능한 길이 있는 것 같으니 잘 알아보시길...

단 입학지원을 하고 1년간 대기순번을 기다려야 하니 거주자가 아니면 계획을 잘 세우셔야할 듯...

또 아래와 같은 전제조건들이 필요합니다

Entrance Requirements

24 credits of post secondary education* from a recognized college or university including General Chemistry (3 credits), Intro to Physical Chemistry (3 credits) or Intro to Organic Chemistry (3 credits), Anatomy & Physiology (6 credits), Biology (6 credits), Basic Statistical Analysis (3 credits), and Communications (3 credits). and Completion of one day of occupational familiarization (an observation experience) to the Medical Laboratory Science profession at a hospital or medical laboratory clinic (to be arranged by RRC). and  Submission of up-to-date immunization records After notice of acceptance, evidence of current certification in Standard First Aid and Basic Rescuer level of CPR is required. *A listing of post-secondary sciences equivalencies is available at www.rrc.mb.ca/files/File/catalogue/AlliedHealthEquivalencies.pdf. Note: Post-secondary transcripts must be submitted directly from the post-secondary institution.   저의 경우 직장에서 경력증명서와 전문대학,고등학교 성적증명을 직적 발급받았고 편입한 대학의 성적증명을 인터넷으로 출력해서 제출했고 이곳 학교에서 요구하는  Immunazation record (http://www.rrc.mb.ca/files/File/admissions/LC1immunization.pdf) 를 한국에서 미리작성(아산병원이나 삼성병원등에 있는 국제클리닉에서발급)해서 PLAR 어드바이저What is Prior Learning Assessment & Recognition (PLAR)? What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?(http://www.rrc.mb.ca/index.php?pid=1760)와 약속을 잡은 뒤 직접 만나서 제 서류들을 검토해 주었습니다 모든 서류들을 복사본과 원본을 같이 가져갔는데 복사본을 원본과 비교후 어드바이저 사인을 한 후 원본은 모두 돌려주더군요 가장 중요한 영어 문제에서     TOEFL - a minimum of 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT), 79-80 (IBT) CanTEST - a minimum of 4.5 in Reading & Listening sections, 4.0 in Speaking & Writing sections IELTS - a minimum of Band 6.5 MELAB - a minimum score of 80 CAEL - a minimum score of 60 or more Successful completion of Red River College Academic English Program for University and College Entrance (AEPUCE). Must achieve minimum score of 65% (see RRC ESL program brochure or visit RRC website for further information on this program); RRC Language Training Centre placement tests for applicants in Winnipeg (testing fees apply) 저는 한참 미달되는 레벨이지만 1년동안 열심히 공부해서 내년에 Bench mark level을 제출하라더군요 친절하게도 EAL 코스와 담당자에게 알려줘야할 말 까지 메모해 주더군요. 마지막으로 매니토바 거주자임을 증명하는 PR 카드는 나중에 편지가 오면 그때 첨부하라고 하고 원서를 함께 작성 한 뒤에 접수로 함께가 서 C$ 60 을 접수하는 것을 보고는 도움이 필요하면 언제든 다시 연락하라고는 작별인사를 나누었지요 이제 1년정도를 기다리면 입학할 수 있을지 없을 지를 알게 되겠지요 그때 까진 열심히 영어공부만 해야겠지요 다음에 의사 변호사 수의사 약사 임상병리사등 전문직종 이민자에게 학비 지원에 대해 글 올려보도록 하지요    RRC 한국어 안내  http://www.rrc.mb.ca/index.php?pid=6378
